IN THE USA
Warm Weather Packaging and Shipping Policy for Confections (gumdrops and chews) is in effect. If your order includes confections, please be sure to read the Warm Weather information below.
MADICE offers Free Standard Shipping on products OVER $100.
Free Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product mix. If Free Standard Shipping is selected, orders will be processed and shipped within four business days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
In addition to Free Standard Shipping, we also offer 2-day and overnight expedited shipping options, which are presented during the checkout process.
For non-confection orders: Expedited Shipping orders are processed same day Monday through Friday until 1 pm Pacific Time (PT). Expedited Shipping orders that are placed after 1 pm PT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. Non-confection orders may be shipped to PO Boxes.
For confection orders: Any orders that include confections cannot be shipped to PO Box Addresses.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product mix.
Expedited shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Expedited shipping charges are based on weight of package and shipping location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available at this time.
WARM WEATHER PACKAGING & SHIPPING POLICY FOR CONFECTIONS – IN EFFECT NOW
WARM WEATHER PACKAGING FEE
We want our hand-crafted confections to arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Our CBD confections have a unique, delicate texture that makes them susceptible to the heat, especially during the warm summer months. To ensure product integrity, we will be shipping gumdrops and chews with cold packs and insulated bags -- and will be adding a $5 per order Warm Weather Packaging Fee to all orders with confections to cover the costs of this extra packaging.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
We will continue to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, including confections, but we will not be shipping confection orders on Fridays to avoid having the products sit in non-temperature-controlled trucks and shipping facilities over the weekend. Please see below for ship days and cut off times specific to orders with confections.
CONFECTIONS SHIPPING SCHEDULE
If you select…
Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders will arrive in two business days. Orders ship Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 1 pm PT (Pacific Time) on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following week.
FedEx 2 Day: Orders are processed same day Monday through Thursday until 1pm (PT). Orders ship Monday-Friday. Any 2 Day orders placed after 1 pm PT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders are processed same day Monday through Friday until 1pm (PT). Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders must be received by 1 pm (PT) for next business day delivery. Orders received after 1 pm PST Mondays through Thursdays will not ship until the next business day. Any orders placed after 1 pm PST on Fridays through Sundays will not ship until the following week (even if Overnight delivery is selected).
Please note we do not offer weekend shipping or Saturday delivery.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For all orders over $300, we require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available during the day to accept the shipment.
A Note about USPS Packages: If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.
A Note about our Packing Peanuts: We have received many comments from customers regarding our use of packing peanuts and we appreciate your concern for the environment! Our packing peanuts are made from organic starch. They decompose in water leaving no toxic waste, are 100% biodegradable and are FDA compliant.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
On national holidays our shipping partners may be closed or offer limited holiday service. In such cases, temporary holiday shipping policy terms will be displayed via pop up and via the Cart page before the Checkout process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
No international shipping is available via madice.com at this time.
